Moved in March of 2022. By November, our dryer started malfunctioning. Immediately placed a work order on their portal. Received no response. Kept pressing and finally got the maintenance man to look at it. He took a picture of the error message on the machine and sent it to the "repair company". That was it. Have not seen these "repairmen" once. Fast forward to this past June of 2023. Dryer still not tended to and now dishwasher broke down. Placed another work order. Maintenance man came back,... took a picture, left. Almost 7 months later and no resolution on that either. I have been getting the runaround for over a year! "The repair company comes when they want. We don't have the power to schedule appointments with them." WHAT IS THAT? A repair company that works when THEY want to come? I don't buy it. Maintenance man claims he has reached out several times to this company with no response. IT'S BEEN MONTHS AND MONTHS! Of course no response from the property manager after several phone calls and voicemails. THEY DO NOT CARE! They want you to give up and move out so they can mistreat the next tenant. DO NOT RENT HERE!

This complex was a nightmare to live in. Once you sign the lease, Fairfield does not care about their tenants. Maintenance does very minimal repairs to where they don’t fix anything extensive. Walls are thin and you can hear from neighbours footsteps, yelling to their dogs that constantly run around causing the complex to shake. They state a policy of 2 dogs per unit however there’s been a unit with 3 dogs that bark and run 24/7. My year lease is up and I am so happy
I left this apartment... complex.

I placed a concern about a leak on Thursday and was told it was fixed. By Saturday there was a massive amount of water in my apartment pretty much destroying everything. Fairfield with not return my calls, and not help me out with this or next months rent and now I don’t have a place to live. I was told that night they wouldn’t help me find a place to stay because my apartment was as livable because I still had a couch and a kitchen, meanwhile I couldn’t use my bathroom and the smoke alarms were... destroyed. Water was leaking off of the light fixtures causing a fire hazard if I turned them on. Absolutely terrible customer service from this company. Do yourself a favor and stay away. How do you put a paying customer out of a place to stay during the holidays and offer absolutely no help.

First to begin with, Terrence Lind was a great landlord. I came from overseas and he helped me get accustomed to the locations around my studio. He gave me informations as to where I can shop, go eat, take transportations and more. His responses were very quick when I asked for help. He found solutions to issues with no problem. The maintence team were also very quick to respond to my call, fixing equipments when needed.
The studio was brand new when I came here. Everything was well organized... and clean. Due to recent renovation, there were some smudges and minor fixing needed to be done. With included washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, closets and more, it was really convinient to live within the studio.
For me, the studio had the perfect size for myself to customize and be accustomed to. It was very comfortable with working heaters for cold weathers and working a/c for hot weathers. I have not had any noise issues. The apartment were very quiet and respectful.
Most important thing to keep in mind is you must have a car or some sort of transportation. The LIRR station is 20 minute by walking. To buy essentials, go to restraunts, do banking and etc, you can go to the group of malls starting with Smith Haven Malls which are 45min or more of walking distance. If you do have a car none of this becomes an issue. With some sort of transportation, it is one of the most comfortable and respectable studio apartment there is.
